Procedure

Heat and mix phase A (main kettle) and phase B separately while stirring at 80°C until uniform. Add B into A while stirring; cool down to 40°C, add phase C while stirring and homogenize for 3 minutes until uniform. Add phase D1 and phase D2 separately while stirring until uniform.

Properties

Appearance: Turbid liquid. Viscosity: Brookfield RVT, spindle #4, 60rpm, 600-800 mPas. pH 25°C: 6.0+/-0.5.
